About Elizabeth
I’m Elizabeth Quispe, energy practitioner, retreat facilitator, and founder of Be Here With You.Born in Peru, shaped by growing up and living in New York City for decades, and now based in Spain, I bring a global perspective to the work I do. Before dedicating myself fully to wellness and healing, I spent over 20 years building and leading teams in the tech and business world. I understand the pressures of high performance, the weight of constant doing, and the quiet longing for something more grounded, meaningful, and aligned.That longing led me here.I’m a certified Reiki Master and Kundalini Energy Activation Master Trainer, with additional studies in spiritual coaching, plant medicine integration, and somatic practices. My work combines ancient energetic wisdom with practical tools for modern life.Whether I’m guiding a private session or holding space at a retreat, my intention is always the same: to help you come home to yourself; with clarity, ease, and a deeper connection to your own energy.This path isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering.
